Panorama taken from the east side of Mt. Hoffman in Yosemite National Park (Sept. 2009) looking toward the south.

The view encompasses from Tuolumne Meadows (left) to Half Dome (right).

Taken hand held with a Nikon D90 (18-200mm lens @ 50mm (75mm effective), ISO250, 1/250s @ f11) and stitched with gigapan stitcher. It is only 8 images wide and 1 high, but there is a lot of detail in this small pano.
