This small stream in Maiviken is one of many sources of fresh water in the cove. The 3km walk to Grytviken starts by this stream.
There are quite a few humans in brightly colored attire this panorama. Many of them have cameras obscuring their faces. You will also find Fur Seals, King Penguins and Gentoo Penguins. One of the Gentoo Penguins seems to be standing sentry duty by the mouth of the Sealers Cave.
