A view of Harriet Island (once an island but now connected to the shore) from Cherokee Heights in St Paul Minnesota. This was the day after cresting but still a bit of flooding in the picnic area. This year's flood (3/2010) is not nearly as bad as some in the past but still bad enough to prevent access to the park and some roads along the river. In this area no homes or commercial buildings have flooded.
