Pikes Peak by George Lepp

Pikes Peak from above the town of Woodland Park. You can see the whole mountain as it faces north. This was a test of the new GigaPan Epic Pro. I used a Canon EOS 7D (18MP) with the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L zoom at 400mm. That makes each capture is at a cropped factor of 640mm. 4 rows of 18 images (72) were taken in RAW and converted later to a TIFF file of 1.09 GB. Note the building on the top of Pikes Peak and the houses in the lower woods. You can also see the road to the top of the peat and the railing on the road.
