- Description
-
The Quabbin Reservoir is the main source of drinking water for the City of Boston. It was made from the taking or four towns in the 1930's, and has gradually involved into a majestic near wilderness. The Goodnough Dike is one of the two main structures holding back the water. This panorama was made with a D3x on a cold fall day. The image is copyright (c) 2010, James Hunt Photography.
