HomeGround Services is working in partnership with the Victorian Government, Yarra Community Housing and Grocon to develop 660 Elizabeth Street as the first Supportive Housing project in Melbourne.

This project is based on an internationally proven model to meet the housing and support needs of people who have experienced long-term homelessness.

Supportive Housing coordinates the essential elements in ending homelessness by providing quality housing and long-term tailored support services together in one place.
