The sports area of Peidmont Park
Piedmont Park is a popular place for organized sports. The Sharon E. Lester Tennis Center at Piedmont Park is a fully-staffed, public facility with 12 lighted hard courts, offering leagues, lessons, and supplies.[35]
The Active Oval has two softball fields, two soccer fields, and two beach volleyball courts, all ringed by a dirt running path. Kickball leagues also use the softball fields.
