On the way down the Temblor Range into the southern San Joaquin Valley I paused to take a panoramic shot of the sunset on the oil fields of the Kettlemen Hills.
(Then my car battery died, but many thanks to the travelers passing by who gave me a jump - it got me to Bakersfield where I was able to get a replacement thru AAA.)
