The Gigapan does its magic in the Rockies. All the colours you see are natural...the lake is almost a pure shade of cyan.
It's one of the most visited sites in the Rockies, if not all of Canada. At one time, there was an illustration of the lake and mountains on the back of the Canadian $20 banknote.
To reach the lake and the valley, take a short 14 km trip up a winding road from the village of Lake Louise.
For those of you who'd like a large Giclée print up to 40 inches high by approximately 12 feet wide, on canvas, I'm currently taking orders. Price is based on size, approximately $110 CDN per square foot. Shipping charges extra.
Imaging is done by Elite litho in Edmonton on an Epson 9900 printer using 11 colours of archival inks.
