Burt County Nebraska fair in Oakland Nebraska. This was taken Sunday, 8/8/10 in the afternnon before there were a lot of people around. It was also about an hour before the fair parade so a lot of people were getting ready for that. Burt County is home of the towns of Oakland, Lyons, Tekamah and Decatur Taken over about a half hour and the clowds were rolling through causing some of the "strips"
