- Description
-
Located about 10 km north of Clearwater on the road into Wells Grey Provincial Park, these forest giants range from 3-7 feet in diameter and a high up to more than 200 feet.
Forest greenery is mostly Devil's Club which is common throughout the forests of coastal and interior BC. A feeling of awe and reverence overcomes you as you enter this sanctuary beside Spahats Creek Provincial Park, just to the left of the gate as you drive in.
