400 image 360 from a cherry picker near the man about 110 feet up, and a couple hundred feet away from the man.
This was taken on Sunday 8/29/2010 - the afternoon before the City officially opened to the public.
I used to be able to have the typical playanaut's view of DPW - the Department of Public Works, but then the heavy equipment guys have treated me with such care on three different airborne excursions that I now have almost nothing but good to say about them!
