Initial focus stacked results from the MicroGigaPan adapter kit.
This was taken with a 10x objective on the National Optical model 163 microscope.
It is 2 columns x 3 rows by 27 focus stacked images per position.
I used Zerene Stacker to create an individual focus stacked image from the 27 images in each position, and then GigaPan Stitch to stitch the resulting 6 images.
