Taken from the Mountain Vista Telescope overlook on the Sonoran Desert Nature Loop Trail, this 360 degree view captures all of the major peaks in the distance east of Phoenix. Closer by are the Papago Buttes, Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain. A nearby ramada provides some shade, although it was in the high 70s and quite pleasant. Two planes can be seen on final approach into Phoenix Sky Harbor.
Taken handheld in a single row of vertical photos with Canon T2i and 28-135mm lens set to abt 70mm (35mm equiv.).
