Description

A "panoramic" view (15 rows x 66 columns)of Honolulu from the lookout at Pu`u Ualaka`a State Park. The top of Leahi Crater (Diamond Head) is 4 miles away, and the reef runway at HNL (Honolulu International Airport) is about 8 miles away.

    This is a great example of the potential of a Gigapan... enough resolution to actually be able to 'drill down' and see detail. Good job!

    I visited Honolulu last year and I is really amazing to spot many of the places I´ve been. Your gigapan photo is simply amazing, wonderful and sharp. Congratulations.

    It needs tweaking, but try the Google Earth projection now.
