This is a shot from an apiary further up the San Jaoquin Valley where the edges of the valley's start to meet the bases of the mountains.
We wanted this to be a 360 but the sun was low in the sky and we knew we didn't have time for the 654 picture panorama we were hoping for... Oh well, hit ok, and go work some hives.... (upper left set just below the sun and the Gigapan started shooting clockwise.) We missed the mountains to the right of the small pond. very nice place to work.
We did manage to capture the beekeeper looking over his hives... maybe contemplating which of the group he wanted us to look at.
