101101 Goleta, California, Haskell beach low tide view to Bell Creek next to the Sandpiper golf course. Venoco oil pier right (east) and left (west). Santa Ynez mountains in the background. The Bacara resort is viewable as well. Piles of oily seagrass is washed up in the kelp since a leak occured nearby when transferring oil from shore to ship, I believe.
