For a moment, I wondered if this was the Twenty Mile Beach at Kahana, Maui, or the Twenty Mile Beach on Moloka`i. The hotels and golf courses give it away. That looks like West Maui, from about Ka`anapali to Kapalua. Haleakala looms in the background. This, then must be the Kaunakakai, Moloka`i Twenty Mile Beach (Murphy's Beach Park). Plus, there aren't enough people on the beach for this to be in Kahana, Maui! The island of Lana`i is in the background at the right of the gigapan.
