Balloon artists John & Johnna Perry created this evolving work on the 4th Street Bridge entrance to the 2008 Smoky Hill River Festival. This GigaPan taken on the first day of the work which would have been enhanced throughout the festival. Alas, the winds prevailed and by Sunday much of what is seen here had succumbed to the elements to be replaced by additional Perry creations.
