This panorama of the San Elijo Lagoon in Encinitas, CA was stitched together with PTGui instead of the Gigapan Stitch program as shown in gigapan.org/gigapans/69955/ I had to manually connect control points at the bottom left frames of the image. Stitch had trouble aligning the dark frames over the (changing) water. I had to delete three duplicate frames because the GigaPan Epic Pro triggered a duplicate frame each time I tried to refocus.
