Description

While attending ICMA 2008 I stayed in the ANA Clement Hotel. A great hotel with great views. My room was on the 12th floor (about halfway up the tower). This picture shows the harbor on the left and Tamamo Park on the right. The pan was taken through glass windows (that seem to be cleaned almost daily inside and out). The light colored Gigapan base reflected slightly onto the window in a couple spots near the center of the image.
