600 pictures between 6 pm and 7pmThe western facade of the Notre Dame de Paris was built between 1200 and 1250. 41 meters wide with a height of 63 meters, this facade is the masterpiece of Gothic architecture: simplicity, harmony, purity of form, much of the art. Heavily vandalized during theFrench Revolution, Notre Dame de Paris has been restored in the nineteenth century by the architect Eugene Viollet-le-Duc and the sculptor Geoffroi Dechaume.All the large statues of the facade, including the 28 kings of Judah, were created during this deep restoration.
