こんなにも美しい風景の三重県伊勢志摩の英虞湾にも、2011年3月11日の東北大地震の津波はやってきました。
ほとんどの真珠養殖イカダが流され、40～50億円の損失と言います。
「見える限りのイカダが流されました。」
「イカダもなくなって前の海がただの水たまりのようでした」
地元の人からこう聞かされ、地元の人には養殖のイカダがあってこその海なんだと今更ながらに感じた次第。
そして、この海は東北の海にもつながっている。
5月4日の撮影時には、養殖イカダが少しずつ戻りつつあるようです。
写真は賢島「宝生苑」の１０階から見た英虞湾のギガパンです。
