Description

The flood wall has been completed and the waters still rise. The Vicksburg City Front has become a major tourist attraction as people come from miles around to view this "once in a lifetime" event. Thankfully the levee system built up in the 1920's and 1930's should help to minimize the potential damage from this enormorous amount of water flowing to the Gulf of Mexico. The man in the hat across from the Depot is flying some sort of radio controlled "helicopter" - for what purpose I did not learn. Maybe someone out there has seen such a device and can comment on its use.
