The crane has three hooks, labeled 100, 1100 and 3800. I assume those are the lifting capacities but I'm mystified as to the units of weight. It can't be pounds, yet tons seems too large. Wikipedia lists the Union Pacific "Big Boy" as the heaviest locomotive ever made, at 548 tons.
