Description

This isn't exactly a regular stitched pano, more of a composite image. The subject matter is Summer Camp, a collection of heated tents near the geographic South Pole that gets used for housing during the summer there; the plan for the last 10 years or so has been to tear them down once the NSF ramps down the number of people stationed at South Pole each year, but that hasn't happened yet.

I combined photos of the front of each Jamesway building, lined up in the way that they are in real life but not stitched together because the shots were taken from directly in front of each, instead of from a fixed point. Each Jamesway sleeps between 10 and 16 people, in rooms that look like the picture in the bottom center. That one is actually a 3x3 stitched pano, it's my room from this last season.
