Description

A reminder that the beach is not sterile! Note the tiny crabs - sand bubblers - which leave fanciful arrangements of sand balls while feeding and digging their burrows. See if you can spot the tiny crabs themselves. They flee/freeze at the slightest movement, and I couldn't see any of these well camouflaged creatures while taking the photos.

Hint: these are nervous creatures and hence seen near or in the burrows they dig.
