An "uptown" view of Vicksburg from the area that was recently threatened by the "Great Flood of 2011". The trees and electrical wires obscure the complete view of the historic buildings, many of which line the west side of Washington St. Art Park at Catfish Row can be seen, and many children are cooling off in the fountain while the afternoon sun heats the area to over 90 degrees F.
