This is the same healthy frame from USDA Bee Research Lab in Beltsville. Unfortunately, the frame has not progressed very much due to the fact that it was kept in the lab overnight. Although there was some hatched brood it mostly took place on the opposite side of the frame not shown in the image, however if you look at the bottom left corner you can see a drone emerging.
