In 2010 on July 4, I shot HD video of Chinook Salmon jumping up various places in Dagger falls and I decided to try to capture this action with a Gigapan this year (2011). However, the water was very high and I did not see any fish jumping. A Native American Tribal Member told me the fish were late this year by a couple of weeks.
Below I will provide a link to a HD Google Earth Fly in and YouTube video I created in 2010 below to show the long migration route the salmon have to travel to get to this point and their efforts to jump the falls.
