The image of East Branch Fishing Creek near Jamison City, Pennsylvania was captured on July 2, 2011. This image along with others are being used to assess trout habitat and provide informal education to raise community awareness as part of a Point Park University, Fishing Creek Sportsman Association and Coldwater Heritage Partnership collaboration to develop a coldwater conservation plan for Fishing Creek watershed in Columbia and Sullivan Counties. Fish were electroshocked in May 2011 at this site in a 100 m stream length. Captured fish included three wild brook trout and four sculpins.
