A 360 of the lunch stop on a gravel bar in the First Canyon of the S. Nahanni River, NT
In some palces First Canyon reaches 3000 feet in depth. There are four canyons of note. The raft trip starts at Virginia Falls and decends to Nahanni Butte at the Liard River intersection near Fort Simpson, NT.
