La presa de Cáseda sirve para desviar agua por un canal de regadío conocida localmente como acequia de El Molino, que a su vez alimenta la central eléctrica del pueblo. Este meandro se encuentra entre Cáseda, Aibar y Sangüesa y la acequia desemboca junto a Gallpienzo tras dos kilómetros en línea recta. Riega todos los campos del término de Campo Allende.
