About the subject: Queens Elizabeth Park occupies small hill just south of the downtown area. It offers spectacular views over the city and some of the finest gardens in region. The quarry garden occupies the western slopes of the park and offers waterfalls, a stream, shady walks and an ever changing display of colours. The panorama was taken from the north east corner of the garden adjacent to the Bloedel Conservatory.
About the image: This image consists of two sets of 165 individual images made using an Epic Pro. They were taken with a Canon 50D fitted with a Canon EF 200 2.8 70-200 EF zoom lens @ 200mm and processed via DXO, PTgui and focus stacked using CS5.If you found this panorama interesting you may like others in this series
