0910から開設
第3だけで200戸近くある。あまり人気がない。
おそらくあまる。
石巻は平地を津波でやられ、仮設をたてるスペースがなく建てられた仮設と避難住民の希望の間にミスマッチがおきている。
まだ避難所にのこっている人がいる。
夏があつく冬がさむそうなプレハブの仮設団地であった。
