Description

Stream was channelized before 1950 to facilitate timber floating. Boulders were moved either by man or machine to the side(s) of the stream. This stream is being used as a reference to study the effect of restoration (returning the boulders back into the stream) on streams which previously had also been channelized in a similar way.
