This panorama was made without a pan head on a wooden tripod and stitched with Pixtra PanoSticher. I have since then been able to geolocate it . To the left is the DETRAN (Department of Transit Building). To the Right is the Biennal Pavilion and Park The camera was placed on the Passarela Ciccilo Matarazzo looking up Av.23 de Maio in the direction of Congonhas Airport about five kilometers away. Twelve raw shots were made in vertical position on a Nikon D200

It is very easy to put this into Google Earth... what I do is to find this location in GE, and observe the lat and lon in the lower left-hand corner and you need to set your GE preferences to decimal degrees. Then in your pano, click "place in google earth." A utility file will come up (it does on my Mac) click okay and you should have another screen that comes up with a default location. Be sure to click share with others and then put the lat and lon in the specified boxes and also the heading with 0 being north 90 is east, 180 is south, 270 is west. And say okay :) There you go... its pretty easy.
