名称：大船渡・長洞仮設住宅コールセンター
概要：長洞仮設住宅内にあるコールセンター。被災者を含む大船渡市民８０名を採用。大船渡市の６つの地区に地域リーダーを配置するほか、朝８時３０分から夜７時３０分まで年中無休でコールセンターを運営。生活に密着するさまざまな問い合わせやリクエストに対し、地元の人に聞いたりインターネットで調べるなどして対応にあたっているとのこと。10/7の訪問時にはUstream中継によるインタビューとともにパノラマ撮影しました！ありがとうございました！！
