This was taken on October 15th, 2011 off of U.S. Route 33 between Elkins, WV and Franklin WV. Zooming in will reveal details that are not apparent to the naked eye even if you personally visit the location.
It was a very windy day, and as a result, the camera was shaken quite a bit, so some parts of the image will zoom in better than others.
