D300s, Vivitar 300mm (450 for DX format) NodalNinja5 (yes manual "drive"), 9 rows of 65 columns, APG 2.52.
NN5 operated manually require a litlle bit of attention, but can be extremly fast: less than one second for one shot.
The penalty is that taking large piece of sky is not possible without
