The Chippewa River has laid bare this exposure of Keweenawan lavas (~1.1 Ga) atop granitic gneisses of the Superior Province (~2.5Ga). This GigaPan replaces an earlier version that stitched with the Rainbow Bug (www.gigapan.org/gigapans/86705).
