Statue of Daniel Estrada Perez, in Cusco, Peru. Escutcheon plate rescribes him as 'El Qosqoruna' - 'the man from Cusco', and 'Alcalde de Alcaldes' - the 'Mayor of Mayors'. He holds a varayoc, a baton traditionally held by Mayors in the Cusco area. Photographed 25th Nov 2011, at around 3.15pm.
