Gigapan Beta unit

Wasn't home on the 19th, it rained steadily the 20th through the 22nd. Finally, on the 23rd I was able to take a gigapan. FAIL - my beta unit had a failure. My husband, aka McGyver, fixed it, and I went out again on the 24th. I experienced occasional failures of the shutter snapper, hence had to delete many pictures to get something resembling proper alignment.

Anyway, when we moved into this house, it was a new construction and the backyard was all overgrown. I didn't want grass, rather a backyard that was in a more natural state, with lots of trees and shrubs and some native species. We have a drainage easement, so occasional flooding of the yard is a problem, another reason to not plant grass. I like it best at this time of year - cool and no bugs!
