名称：陸前高田ボランティアセンター 12/22
概要：約2ヶ月半ぶりの来訪（前回10/7）
ボランティアの方に食べてもらえるように用意された干し柿、湯沸かし器が設置された手洗い場、風除け室の工事など厳しい冬をやり過ごすための様々な工夫がみてとれる
以前みられた太陽光パネルにとりつけられていたパイプは風で飛んでしまい危険なため、工事がはじまるまで取り外されている
