Pickle Jar Lakes are a string of four mountain lakes (ponds, really) in southwestern Alberta. They are reached by hiking a beautiful mountain trail with a fairly steep section at the end - about a two-hour walk each way. The lakes are prized for their trout - lots of fish, but quite small as befits their home.
