Taken on 31 January 2009 at approximately 7PM. This pano consists of 20 photos taken with a Nikon D80. Each photo was shot at f/5 and 3 sec. exposure, ISO 100. I'm not convinced I like the final look of this pano. The Lincoln statue is overexposed. Any recommendations to clean this up? Perhaps an HDR attempt?

Here is a view of the East side of Washington DC, towards the Capital Building. This pano had a terrible RMS value of around 6, so the quality is not as good. Taken on Saturday, 31 January 2009.
