As the sunset slipped away and the sky turns to blue under the remaining cloud, lights begin to flick on in the highrise buildings even on a Sunday evening.
This will be one of the new water monitoring an phenocam sites.
This is the result of the first test to stitch 122 10 megapixel images together. Seems to work, but would have been better if the 500mm lens had produced something!
The bare spots are spotted gum (Corymbia maculata) that dies due to frost damage. The smaller trees in the background survived the frost and the larger trees are Iron bark which is frost tolerant.
