Note that I checked the "Is a Game" box for these two Gigapans! I produced two Gigapans from different angles of this unique and colorful old antique store located in Idaho City Idaho. It is not open for business now, but people who drove by said it had been open in the past few years. There are many interesting ...

I had to set the Gigapan and camera to shoot between the railings of the Highway 21 Bridge and support one leg of the tripod with my foot. Now I wish I had taken the time to shoot an iPhone photo of this unusual setup. The view from the bridge shows the Boise River, the Barber Pool Conservation Area, the New York Ir...

Fires in this part of Idaho have created a smoky haze almost every day for a month. This day it cleared up enough to take this Gigapan. Location: The Lucky Peak Dam is located on the Boise River 17 miles northeast of Boise on Highway 21. The dam is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and its power is gene...

shot with Nikon D5000 and 55-200 lens at 200mm The detail and sharpness while zooming in is almost exactly the same as the earlier Gigapan taken with the Nikon lens at 300mm. I did not expect this. I would have thought I would get much more detail up close with the 300mm lens. Can anyone explain this phenomena?...

This Gigapan was taken with a Nikon D90 and a 70-300 lens zoomed out to 300. I took the same view with a Nikon P90 zoomed out to 24 x to get an idea of the differences in quality with a DSLR and to see if the D90 and the 70-300 lens would work with the Gigapan 100. Camera and lens are about 2 and 3/4 pounds.
