This is a gigapan I took from the Rankin Bridge of Braddock, PA. It was taken right before the torrential downpour that flooded Millvalle and reportedly produced a tornado that touched down in downtown Pittsburgh. The before-the-rain-haze might not make such a good photo, huh?

My friends have a fantastic view of the monongahela river, Homestead and Braddock. On the 4th of July you can see fireworks from about ten different communities from here.

This is a view of one of the more desolate stretches of Braddock Avenue. It kinda makes the case against wholesale demolition. The price of demolition is usually more than enough to stabilize a building. What do you think?
