Located about 10 km north of Clearwater on the road into Wells Grey Provincial Park, these forest giants range from 3-7 feet in diameter and a high up to more than 200 feet. Forest greenery is mostly Devil's Club which is common throughout the forests of coastal and interior BC. A feeling of awe and reverence overcome...

The foggy coastline of Vancouver Island near Uclulet, BC. The harsh growing conditions make for some bizarre gargoyle-shaped trees. The undergrowth is mostly salal which supplies lots of berries for the bears nearby. Trees include cedar, Sitka Spruce, hemlock, pine and fir.
